Role Business Development Associate
Primary Purpose

Responsible for developing a new customer base for Constant Consultants. Will focus on selling value and innovative solutions to multiple levels of decision makers.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate and scope new business opportunities for Constant Consultants
  • Develop marketing strategy for Constant Consultants by collecting and collating market information for trend analysis and promote new business
  • Provide leadership for allocated New Business Development projects. Ensure targets and milestones are achieved
  • Build and maintain relationship with key business leaders and decision makers in the industry and public sectors
Knowledge & Skills
  • Degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing. MBA an asset
  • Extensive experience in developing new markets and leading related project activities
  • 10 to 15 years experience in marketing/sales
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of project management and strategic planning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
