| Primary Purpose |
Responsible for developing a new customer base for Constant Consultants. Will focus on selling value and innovative solutions to multiple levels of decision makers.

| Responsibilities |
- Identify, evaluate and scope new business opportunities for Constant Consultants
- Develop marketing strategy for Constant Consultants by collecting and collating market information for trend analysis and promote new business
- Provide leadership for allocated New Business Development projects. Ensure targets and milestones are achieved
- Build and maintain relationship with key business leaders and decision makers in the industry and public sectors

| Knowledge & Skills |
- Degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing. MBA an asset
- Extensive experience in developing new markets and leading related project activities
- 10 to 15 years experience in marketing/sales
- Possess a strong working knowledge of project management and strategic planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
