Role Senior Consultant - Human Resources
Primary Purpose

Partner with Constant Consultants' Clients leadership teams to provide strategic guidance and a balanced approach to ensure a top quality delivery of HR services. This role requires a high degree of initiative, tact, strategic thinking, relationship building, and leadership.

The leader we seek must be well grounded in all human resources functions. A highly skilled communicator experienced in partnering with senior leaders, comfortable working with all levels of employees, conversant in recruiting tactics, Compensation and Benefits and training design principles. Moreover he must be familiar with other HR areas such as compliance, recognition programs, HRIS, succession planning and organizational development.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and implement leading edge HR service delivery solutions
  • Clients’ projects focus on process design, shared services, and outsourcing
  • Expected to support both the sales and delivery of HR Operations and Technology related engagements
  • Identify, evaluate and scope new business opportunities for Constant Consultants in the Human Resources management field
  • Work closely with our clients from project inception through completion
  • Perform feasibility studies. Develop project execution strategies
  • Responsible for the coordination of communication between the client’s internal and external stakeholders
  • Assists Clients’ managers in developing skills to manage human resources more effectively through modeling, coaching, instruction and training
Knowledge & Skills
  • To qualify, you should have extensive experience in HR Consulting areas
  • Degree in Human Resources or Business. MBA an asset
