Role Senior Consultant - Learning & Development
Primary Purpose

Partner with Constant Consultants' Clients leadership teams to develop training processes and education materials. He will consult with Clients' managers on employee development needs, conduct surveys and on-site audits to evaluate impact of training programs.

The Specialist we seek must be well grounded in the Training and Development field. A highly skilled communicator experienced in partnering with senior leaders, comfortable working with all levels of employees. Moreover he must be familiar with other HR areas such as succession planning and organizational development.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and implement leading edge Training & Development Programs
  • Responsible for proposing, planning, designing, scheduling, and conducting a variety of specialized training programs to introduce or increase employees’ job-related skills and knowledge
  • Work closely with our clients from project inception through completion
  • Assesses and evaluates the quality and consistency of learning & development products on behalf of the clients
  • Perform feasibility studies. Develop project execution strategies
  • Responsible for the coordination of communication between the client's internal and external stakeholders
  • Assists Clients’ managers in developing skills to manage human resources more effectively through modeling, coaching, instruction and training
Knowledge & Skills
  • To qualify, you should have extensive experience in the design and development of training programs
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Training/Development, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Communications and/or Education
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles and the instructional design process

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Strong standup presentation and facilitation skills
