Partner with Constant Consultants' Clients leadership teams to provide strategic guidance and a balanced approach to deliver organizational effectiveness programs to meet the client’s long and short-term strategic plans. Partner with Senior Managers to align and strengthen their organizational structures to best meet business objectives.

This role requires a high degree of initiative, tact, strategic thinking, relationship building, and leadership. The Consultant we seek must be well grounded in the human resources function. A highly skilled communicator experienced in partnering with senior leaders, comfortable working with all levels of employees.

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Social Studies
• To qualify, you should have extensive experience in the Organization Effectiveness consulting area
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of accomplishments in design and delivery of large-scale organizational or operational change to achieve business objectives
• Functional experience in Labor Relations is an asset
