Kent has worked with clients across a range of organizational challenges, including: creating a shared services payments organization owned by three Singapore banks, managing the change management initiatives for an insurance company undergoing organization-wide technology changes, performing an operational risk review of an energy company's financial trading function of fuel and FX contracts, managing a fund manager's operational improvement initiative to develop a new technology roadmap and streamlining operational processes for the global capital markets business of a large US bank in the Asia-Pacific region.
Previously, Kent enjoyed a 9 year career at JP Morgan Chase in New York working in various roles across the bank's private banking, capital markets and corporate treasury departments. His responsibilities included project management, business analysis and applications development with this global bank. He started his career at Morgan Stanley as a management trainee in the investment bank's technology department.
